About the Artist: Born and bred in NYC, Patt Whelan grew up on the art, noise and chaos of punk rock. From NYC to Philly, across the states and across the Atlantic, his hand inked flyers, record covers, and tattooed skins are a throwback reminder of all that's good about the crude art of the flyer. He’s a favorite upstart of ours and we’re proud to showcase his art. See Whelan's work and many more at the PRB Art Show which will take place at the festival grounds each day.
