HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Standard Shipping Methods (Economy, Economy Lightweight, and FedEx SmartPost): We process orders between the hours of 8AM and 4PM EST daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typically, orders can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to leave our facility, depending upon current order volume. During large promotions/sales, there may be additional delays. Expedited Shipping Methods (FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx International Ground): Orders received before 8AM EST will ship same day. Any orders received after 8AM EST will be processed on the following business day Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
WHAT ARE MY DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS?
DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) SHIPPING OPTIONS:
FedEx Expedited Options (FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight): Transit times are between 1-2 Business Days, depending on the option you choose. Please keep in mind that FedEx does not make deliveries on expedited packages on Saturdays or Sundays!
FedEx SmartPost: Transit times are typically 2-7 days from the completion of order processing.
Economy Standard Shipping: Transit times are typically 1-5 business days from the completion of order processing. They are partnered with USPS and can be tracked on the USPS website!
WHAT ARE MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS?
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
International Shipping times can be affected by customs processing in the destination country. Sorry, we wish we could speed them along sometimes, too! We promise we'll fill out all of our paperwork properly to make the process as efficient as possible. Please be aware that we are required to include the Value of our items on all shipments and can not mark shipments as gifts. Any orders returned to sender will be refunded for the items only, postage costs are non-refundable for International orders.
ePost Global: Transit times are typically 10-20 days depending on location. We ship our orders in bulk which are then picked up, sorted and sent out using the best method for delivery in your country!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sign in to your account on the Sourpuss website. Click on My Account and View Order History. From here, you can track your package. Please keep in mind that packages are not scanned by the shipping provider until the end of each day so it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update!
If you don't have an account, that's no problem! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping notification with all of your tracking information. Just follow the correct link below for your shipping method, input your tracking number and you'll be able to keep an eye on your shipment!

WHAT ABOUT TAX, DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES AND VAT(VALUE ADDED TAX)?
If you live in New Jersey or California, we are required by law to collect & remit tax for your state!
Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees or value added taxes levied by the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount customers are charged by their local customs offices. We strongly recommend contacting your customs office for more information on their policies. We are required to declare the Value of any shipped items at the Fair Market Value (Retail Price) to remain compliant with all receiving destination's Customs law.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are local to the Philadelphia / South Jersey region: yes! You are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse. Email Joe at Shipping@SourpussClothing.com ahead of time & arrange to pick up your products or to try things on. Our warehouse is located at:

Customer service will reach out when your order is ready to be picked up! Orders that haven't been picked up within two weeks will be refunded to the purchaser's original payment method (but we'll give you a warning, so you don't forget).
