Meet Jessi Anne, model, piercer, tattoo shop owner, and mom. Now that’s a busy life! She recently had a photoshoot at her tattoo shop, IA Studios, featuring the Sourpuss Lucy Fur Dress! Just in time for Halloween! Read on to get to know her a little better and check out some great photos!
What’s your favorite Halloween memory? This is going to sound horrible, but my absolute favorite Halloween memory involves my son being scared to death. Before I begin, we've allowed our children to watch horror movies since birth. So...When my son was about 2 we took him trick or treating at the zoo. We were on a train and the train stopped. All of the sudden Mike Myers appears on the track and begins walking toward the train. We were in the very last row and as soon as he sees Mike Myers he yells, "Oh f*, he's gonna kill us! Go go go!" and crying all while yelling expletives. Everyone on the train was staring at us! It was so embarrassing and hilarious at the same time. I'm not a bad parent, I promise! I just have a potty mouth.
What was your first tattoo? My first tattoo was a pink Playboy Bunny on my spine. Needless to say it is going to be covered by an amazing Jasmine Beckett-Griffith piece!
What’s your guilty pleasure? My guilty pleasure would have to be chocolate chips. I swear I am addicted to them!
What’s your favorite horror movie? I am a HUGE horror movie fanatic, so I have so many. If I HAD to choose one, it would probably be Rob Zombie's Halloween II. He is a creative genius!
What’s your favorite Sourpuss item? I love ALL of Sourpuss' items! Right now, my current favorites would have to be my Bourbon necklace and Annabella Cocktail Dress. I absolutely love how classy and simple it is!
