Need to return or exchange an item? Send your item back within 30 days, and we can provide you with store credit in the value of the product that you're sending back, exchange it for another item, or issue a refund. Once received, we'll hustle to get your request processed.

Returning Shoes? Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. If shoes are returned with a damaged box your return will be refused.
The items you're returning should have no evidence of wear or use. This includes NO deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal fur/scent, rips or tears, stains of any kind, makeup on collars, etc. Also, please don’t send articles of clothing back to us balled up in a clump of wrinkles. You get the picture! We’ll send it out nicely to you, so please send it back nicely to us.
