Returns and Exchange Your Unwanted Presents!

Hey Everyone! We know that some people purchased your gifts over 1 month ago as your x-mas gifts! We are super relaxed on our return policy at this time of the year, as far as the dates the items were purchased so do not sweat it. You have till January 31st to return any items that you received for x-mas that you either did not like or did not fit properly. Maybe you just ate one too many of Santa's cookies and need to go up a size or maybe you have been working out hard at the gym and went down a size. Maybe someone thought you would really like that F*ck You Sweater but you would never wear that because you have kids that can spell! So you did not purchase this item? It is ok! We can exchange it for another size, another item or maybe you do not know what you want yet? We can send you a gift certificate via email to use at a later date! This is our favorite thing to do and makes your return go super fast! Fill out our Returns Form (click here) or include a note in the package with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Reason for exchange/return
.... we know you might not know all this information from the original order. Just tell us the parts you do know! Especially your EMAIL ADDRESS! so we can take care of this all in a quick manner and get you your exchange or your gift certificate sent out. I know, I know, we all hate rules, but here are a few guidelines to make things go as smoothly as possible:

The following items cannot be returned (really think about it – that would be gross!):
  • Body Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Makeup
  • Hosiery
  • Lingerie
  • Undergarments
Returning Shoes? Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. If shoes are returned with a damaged box your return will be refused. (WE STILL NEED THE SHOE BOX... we just do not want tape and labels all over it!) Please keep in mind that the item you’re shipping back should present no evidence of wear. This includes NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal fur/scent, rips or tears, stains of any kind, makeup on collars, etc. Also, please don’t send articles of clothing back to us balled up in a clump of wrinkles. You get the picture! We’ll send it out nicely to you, so please send it back nicely to us.
