Wholesale Account Criteria: Requirements and guidelines for account activation are listed on our Wholesale Account Criteria Page.
Turnaround: Orders are processed in the order they are received; if you have a specific due date or cancel date, contact your sales representative and let them know when you place your order. If you are looking for your order to ship complete, please note that ship times may be delayed, but we work diligently to keep all items in stock when possible. We quote a 7 business days turn around time on orders. If we can, we will get the order ready sooner. During high volume shipping times, orders may take up to two weeks to prepare.
Exclusivity: Sourpuss Clothing is a small, growing company and cannot afford to be exclusive to any one store; However, we will work with you to offer solutions to any disputes.
Placing Orders: To place an order, log into your wholesale account, and add items to your cart. Please make sure to read any production or inventory notes on each product page. Once finished shopping, head to check out. Fill out all required information and finish. If you have any additional information or requests about your order, please contact your sales representative once the order has been placed. If you prefer to email your order, please include all SKU numbers, quantities, and color on any item that has multiple color options.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, COD with a money order (if you prefer company check, your account must be pre-approved), and Paypal. For international orders, we also accept wire transfers. If you're using a credit card, please contact your rep with your card info when you place your order. If we do not receive payment after 14 days of notifying you of your order being ready, it will be canceled.
Coming Soon/Pre-Books: You may have noticed that some items on our wholesale section have a Coming Soon or Pre-Book banner on them. Coming Soon items are styles that are part of our current season's catalog and will be arriving within the next few months (or sooner!). Pre-Book items are styles that will be a part of the next season's collection. We give you the opportunity to book a season ahead, so you can always have plenty of great Sourpuss items for your shop! It also lets us know what our accounts need, so we can produce the right amount of any given style to meet demand for our collections. These Pre-Book items are not currently in-stock and will be placed on back order until they are in our warehouse! Once they are in-stock, your sales representative will reach out to you in regards to the back order.
Minimums: The minimum first-time order is $200.00. After the initial opening order, there are no minimums on orders!
Net Terms: Net terms are available to long-standing customers with good credit. please contact your rep for a credit application.
Bounced Checks: Bounced checks are subject to a $40.00 fee.
Refused Orders: Refused orders will result in a $25.00 charge back and may lead to a canceled account. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges associated with the return of your canceled order.
Canceled Orders: If you place an order and have us process it, pick it, and invoice it and you then cancel it (not due to any fault of Sourpuss) you will be asked to put a 50% deposit on your next order.
Returns: You have 14 days from time of receiving an order to file for a Return Authorization (RA) for damaged or faulty merchandise. In order to return damaged or defective merchandise, you must fill out and return a RA Request form. To download this form, click HERE. Once filled out, please return to your sales rep. They will reply back to you in regards to the next steps for returning any approved RA's
Retail Pricing: We ask you keep your retail pricing as close to ours where applicable. We understand international retailers have to adjust prices in order to accommodate differences in taxes / duties / shipping etc, we just ask you keep our pricing in mind when applicable.
International Orders: You are responsible for all duties / taxes / brokerage your government or local courier may charge you. These charges are not listed on your invoice, or in any way included in the funds you pay to Sourpuss. If you have any questions about the import / export procedure, please contact your sales representative and we will be happy to help you!
Third Party Platforms: We ask that you do not sell Sourpuss or Kustom Kreeps products on Amazon, Facebook, Instagram or eBay. We will not provide permission, written or otherwise, for any Wholesale customer to sell our products on any third party marketplace site. Failure to abide by this request may result in the canceling of your wholesale account.
