You have fourteen (14) days from the time you receive an order to file for a Return Authorization (RA) for damaged or faulty merchandise. In order to return damaged or defective merchandise, you must fill out and return an RA Request Form to your wholesale rep. To download this form click HERE. Once you've filled out this form, please e-mail it directly to your wholesale rep. They will reply back to you in regards to the next steps for returning any approved RA's.
Any refused order will result in a $25.00 charge back and may lead to a cancelled account. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges associated with the return of your cancelled order.
