HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Expedited Shipping Methods: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select): Orders received before 9AM EST will ship same day. Any orders received after 9AM EST will be processed on the following business day Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. UPS does not deliver expedited orders on weekends!
Standard Shipping Methods: (USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail): We print orders at 9am EST Monday to Friday and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow for processing times of 5-7 business days in the event of Holidays or Promotions! If you need clarification of when your order can be expected to ship, please contact Joe in Shipping at email@example.com.
WHAT ARE MY DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Domestic (United States) Shipping Options:
UPS Expedited Options: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select): Transit times are between 1-3 Business Days, depending on the option you choose. Please keep in mind that UPS does not make deliveries on Expedited packages on Saturdays or Sundays!
UPS Ground: Transit times are typically 2-6 Business Days from the completion of order processing. UPS does not deliver residential package on Saturdays, so please take that into consideration when ordering. All packages are insured and full tracking is available via UPS.com
USPS Priority Mail: Transit times are typically 2-3 Business Days from the completion of order processing. USPS Priority Mail does deliver on Saturdays and tracking is available via USPS.com.
WHAT ARE MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS?
International Shipping Options:
International Shipping times can be affected by customs processing in the destination country. Sorry, we wish we could speed them along sometimes too! We promise we'll fill out all of our paperwork properly to make the process as efficient as possible. Please be aware, we are required to include the Value of our items on all shipments and can not mark shipments as Gifts! Any orders returned to sender will be refunded for the items only, postage costs are non-refundable for International orders.
Asendia: Transit times are typically 14-28 days depending on location. This shipping service uses the Swiss and French Post and provides a cheaper shipping option for our Retail customers. Full tracking of your order is available through the Asendia website which will be linked to through your order tracking.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sign in to your account on the Sourpuss website. Click on My Account and View Order History. From here, you can track your package. Keep in mind, packages are not scanned by UPS & USPS until the end of each day so it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update!
If you don't have an account, that's no problem! As soon as your orders ships you'll receive a shipping notification with all of your tracking information. Just follow the correct link below for your shipping method & input your tracking number and you'll be able to keep an eye on your shipment!
WHAT ABOUT TAX, DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES AND VAT(VALUE ADDED TAX)?
If you live in New Jersey or California, we are required by law to collect & remit tax for your state!
Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees or value added taxes levied by the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount customers are charged by their local customs offices. We strongly recommend contacting your customs office for more information on their policies. We are required to declare the Value of any shipped items at the Fair Market Value (Retail Price) to remain compliant with all receiving destination's Customs law.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are local to the Philadelphia / South Jersey region, yes! You are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse. Email Helen at Retail@SourpussClothing.com ahead of time & arrange to pick up your products or to try things on. Our warehouse is located at:
