How Can I Pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Check or Money Order.
Sending Payments: If you are looking to mail in your payment, no problem! Just choose “Check/Money Order” at checkout and follow the instructions.
Questions About Your Credit Card Transactions? Email Anne Marie at Retail@sourpussclothing.com and she’ll get you all sorted out.
Do you collect Tax? If you live in New Jersey or California, we are required by law to collect & remit tax for your state!
 

Shipping Questions:

Shipping Quotes: For the most accurate quote on shipping rates, please add items to your cart and go through checkout. Our rates are based upon product weight and each country has different rates associated with it.
International Customers: Yes! If you live outside of the US, you can order from us. We’ve made it as easy as possible.
Customs Fees and Taxes: You are responsible for your customs fees. Sorry, there is no way around this.
Customs Delays: Unfortunately, we cannot control delays with customs, but we can promise you that we’ll fill all of the paperwork out properly which helps speed up the process.
Picking Up Your Order: If you are local, you can shop on our website and choose the “Pickup” option. Our warehouse is open between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We’ll get your order together in a handy dandy retail bag with some freebie stickers thrown in, and you’ll get a behind-the-scenes peek at our warehouse.
How Do I Track My Package? Log into your account and your status will be automatically updated. USPS Priority Mail packages can be tracked at www.usps.com

Products

Out of Stock Items: We try our best to keep accurate inventory, but there are times that items are out of stock. We will let you know as soon as we can if a product you ordered is out of stock. If and when we contact you, you’ll have the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or choose another item. If we can’t get a hold of you or if we don’t expect the item to come back in stock, we’ll refund your original payment method for the amount of the item in question.
Special Orders: If you are looking for something that we do not carry from a brand that we sell, contact Anne Marie at Retail@sourpussclothing.com about the item and, if we can get it, we will order it just for you.
