Sourpuss Holiday Shipping Guidelines!

Shipping_Guides_2013_1 We want your order to get shipped smoothly. So here are some steps to get your order on time for the holidays with no hassles. Creating an account before you order is the BEST way to keep an eye on the progress of your order: If your order says "processing" it means it has not shipped yet. If the order says "on hold", this means there is an issue with your address or we are out of stock of an item. Please check your email to see if we have contacted you about the reason it is on hold. If the order says "Complete" it means it has shipped. We process orders in the order they come in. All orders are printed out at 9 AM Monday-Friday. This means if you ordered at 10 AM on Friday: your order will be printed Monday. Double Check Shipping Address: • Make sure your apartment number is on the order • If you are moving in the near future, orders are normally sent back as Return to Senders and not forwarded to your new address. (This can delay your order and have it Returned to sender and can take 3 weeks to receive it again!) If you notice a mistake in your address before the order ships please email James@sourpussclothing.com immediately with your correct address and your order number. Shipping Times: Orders can take 3-5 days to process during the X-mas season. Payment Options: The fastest way to get your order shipped quickly is to pay with a credit card! Using Paypal sometimes delays shipping if you have your account set up to write an e-check the order will not ship till the e-check clears. (This can take sometimes over a week) Also Paypal sometimes changes your shipping address to an older addresses that may be listed in your Paypal account. US Customers: If you need it quick pick UPS! We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, Track UPS orders at www.ups.com. UPS orders are considered priority and are shipped before any other shipping option. Remember UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays – UPS next day airs shipped on Friday will arrive Monday! Remember SurePost is an economy shipping and the shipping times vary and can take over a week to arrive. Last Day to get your orders in time for X-mas(for US orders): SurePost mail needs to be shipped by Dec. 13th (We recommend you order prior to Dec. 10th since we are on the East Coast). UPS ground to CA needs to be shipped by Dec. 16th.(that means you should place your order 2-5 days prior to this date). If you would like items before X-mas & place your order after the 16th you should pick UPS 3-day up until Dec. 18th, UPS 2-day or Next Day delivery. Please keep in mind UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays. International Orders: Do NOT pick First Class International package if you are in a hurry to have in time for X-mas. This option can take 3-4 weeks to arrive especially if you are located in Australia. It is risky to order using it when you need the items as gifts. •First Class International takes 3-4 WEEKS •Priority Mail international takes 6-10 business days •Express Mail takes 3-5 business days YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY FEES OR TAXES. Tracking available for all International orders at www.usps.com! Last Day to get your orders in time for X-mas (for International orders): Orders should be placed 3-5 days prior to the dates listed below to ensure your orders go out in time.
