PAYMENT OPTIONS

How Can I Pay? We accept most forms of payment, including: most major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Affirm.

Do you collect sales tax? If you live in New Jersey or California, we are required by law to collect & remit tax for your state!

SHIPPING

Shipping Quotes: For the most accurate quote on shipping rates, please add items to your cart and go through checkout. Our rates are based upon product weight and size, and each country has different rates associated with it.

International Customers: Yes! If you live outside of the US, you can order from us. We’ve made it as easy as possible.

Customs Fees and Taxes: You are responsible for your customs fees. Sorry, there is no way around this.

Customs Delays: Unfortunately, we cannot control delays with customs, but we can promise you that we’ll fill all of the paperwork out properly which helps speed up the process.

How Do I Track My Package? Log into your account and your status will be automatically updated.

PRODUCTS

Out of Stock Items: We try our best to keep accurate inventory, but there are times when items are out of stock. We will let you know as soon as we can if a product you ordered is out of stock. When we contact you, you’ll have the option to cancel your entire order and receive a full refund, choose another item to exchange the out of stock item for, or receive a refund for only the item that is out of stock. After our email is sent, we will wait 24 hours for a reply (emails sent on Friday will wait until Monday since we are out of office during weekends). If we do not receive a reply or cannot get a hold of you, we'll refund your original payment method for the amount of the item unavailable. Information on the item (restocking date, discontinued style, etc) will also be provided in the first out of stock email. Please note: if you decide to exchange the item for another item, you are responsible for the price difference if the new item costs more than the original.

New Brands: We are always searching for new independent or unusual brands, please email Deidre@sourpussclothing.com with your product line sheet or details.
